Been wanting to try riding the Flume Trail, or just been wanting to see how much fun trail riding can be? Welcome to the 1st annual mountain bike ride event in Tahoe! The first and only fully supported mountain bike ride (not a race). 14 miles of smiles along this fun, scenic, supported (rest stops, bike assistance) trail ride. Encouraging all levels to take advantage of this opportunity to ride the most scenic trail in Lake Tahoe. Located on the east shore of Lake Tahoe, this ride starts at Spooner Lake inside the Nevada State Park. Take in the forested views as you pedal on a dirt road up to Marlette Lake. From Marlette Lake, you will then have magnificent views of Lake Tahoe as you pedal along the Flume Trail (mostly flat). After pedaling along the Flume you will descend down Tunnel Creek road to the finish! Celebrate your awesome ride at Tunnel Creek Cafe! All proceeds go to support Nevada State Parks, Incline Bike Project, and TAMBA.
